Pilates
Pilates is a very
popular exercise class for people of all ages and all levels of fitness.
The movements in
Pilates are very slow and controlled which primarily strengthen the core
muscles which support and stabilise the spine. It also helps correct postural
problems and realigns the body.
Pilates brings
mind and body together, mainly focusing on total concentration, balance,
precision and breathing.
Anyone interested,
the classes are on Mondays 7-8pm and 8-9pm and £4.50 per session.
The classes take place in the church hall alongside Middlewich United Reformed Church on Queen Street.
